Hi. I’m debbi. Peace, Love & Serenity Bookshop is my love child. It is a dream come true; it is God working in my life. All my life I dreamed about owning a bookstore. I am an avid reader, as well as a published author, and books are one of my deepest passions.

After a long and eclectic career as an attorney, college professor, wellness specialist, and several others, I was meditating on what I really wanted to be when I grew up. That’s when God planted the idea for the bookstore. And not just any bookstore. After almost twenty years in recovery and even longer journeying along the spiritual path, my desire was to find a way to be of maximum service to the community while pursuing my own passions. And lo and behold, Peace, Love & Serenity Bookshop was born!

My shop is devoted to spiritual and emotional growth, both within and outside the twelve-step community. I believe the store is divinely inspired and divinely supported, but it’s been a long, strange trip getting here. I couldn’t have done it without the incredible help and support of my friends. We are all connected; each and every one of us.

I hope that you’ll find your way here and become part of this incredible community of love and support. We each have our own path but we never have to go it alone. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you so we can together "trudge the road of happy destiny."
